Complex shapes, precisely as is
Design freedom beyond shape constraints
Setatech's PIM process can reproduce complex 3D shapes and internal structures with high precision that are difficult to implement with existing processing methods. By combining injection simulation based on flow analysis, mold design technology, and debinding and sintering know-how based on uniform shrinkage control, it is possible to repeatedly produce precise shapes such as undercuts, micro ribs, hollow structures, and curved channels. It enables design realization that satisfies both function and design.
